Description: Rioichi keeps his chakra around him and keeps it stable. It will gaurd against small weapons like kunai and shuriken (Not including giant shuriken) but if he is hit by an opponent the chakra will explode and mostly damage the opponent. If he hits an opponent the same thing will happen. He can still use other jutsu to gaurd against larger objects but he can't use two or more at the same time.

Description: Rio conentrates his chakrra to his feet and at the same time he holds his chakra in place around his feet. Allowing him to actually lift himself off the ground while standing on his own chakra. Rio's skill with this jutsu has advanced to the point where he was once found sleeping in mid air in his room. (Lol)

This jutsu allows Rio to shield anybody he chooses but it takes his full concentration to mantain the barriers around his allies. The amount of chakra he uses depends on how many people he's gaurding. (Also I found a loophole in using this jutsu that I'm fixing right now because it's uber.) Rio can only use this on other people he can't have clones shield him and each other with it.

Description: Using his sword Rio can control the air around it and release it as a wave that can be used for blowing back enemies. But using seishou's power to harness his wind chakra rio can add chakra to the attack and give cutting capabilities to the wave of wind

Name: Kazemori (Wind lance)
Type: Ninjutsu (Attack)

Description: The user will gather chakra to their hand and at first shape it into a ball. But it will then extend in two opposite directions and will retain its shape in this form (Which is more of a javelin than a lance.) and can be thrown at a high speed. This attack can reach over a great distance as it a long ranged jutsu. When the javelin forms the user does not grab it, the javelin remains in front of the user's palm hovering around in this position as the user moves their hand. This javelin can pierce through almost anything and can be utilized as an assassination technique.

With good chakra control the user can have the javelin spread apart on impact and slice up the opponent rather than pierce through them. It takes time to form (One post) and after being shot the user needs to wait before using it again (2 posts). This uses up a moderate amount of chakra and can drain the user if used excessively. It isn't useful at close range and not easy to use at mid range as the opponent could attack the user and stop them from forming the lance.

Description: Wind will start swirling around the user as the wind blows around the user they can at any time shoot slicing wind chakra at their opponent. The more the air swirls around the user between each shot the sharper the wind chakra becomes once shot at the enemy. The swirling wind provides a defense from normal taijutsu attacks and from weapons used as projectiles.

Anti-bijuu jutsu:

Name: Demon Cloak Suppression
Type: Fuuinjutsu

Description: The user will form a seal which can move along any surface and put it onto the surface of an object they can use as a projectile, like a kunai or a shuriken. This object must make contact with the target Jinchuuriki in order for the seal to transfer to the jinchuuriki and lock itself upon them to suppress their demon cloaks. This must be done fast (Within one post.) as the seal doesn't last long when it moves away from the user. If it makes it to the jinchuuriki before it disappears it will stay on the jinchuuriki until the user releases the seal or the jinchuuriki overpowers the seal with a large amount of demon chakra that would activate the second version of the demon cloak. This seal is difficult to use as it has a very short interval of time before disappearing and can be easily avoided by the jinchuuriki target.

Name: Demon Prison, Sentence of Fate

Description: A powerful sealing jutsu that targets the bijuu. First the "Prison of Fate" statue must be summoned to perform the sealing. The statue appears as Buddha holding an orb. The amount of chakra needed to seal a bijuu is equivalent to the amount of chakra the bijuu itself has. If this seal is used to draw out a bijuu from a jinchuuriki then the bijuu can be succesfully drawn out without taking the life of the jinchuuriki. But the process will be extended for this to be done. The orb of the statue will begin to glow with a golden light when the sealing begins and its light will shine down on the jinchuuriki and suspend the life of the jinchuuriki. Then from the center of the orb a ray of dark light will shine down upon the jinchuuriki as it shines through their body and onto the spirit of the demon sealed within them. When the dark light connects with the demon spirit it begins to pull it out. The dark light will begin glowing with the chakra of the demon that is being extracted.

When the chakra is fully drained the dark light will form a sort of spacial rift in front of the jinchuuriki to pull out the spirit of the bijuu from the jinchuuriki's body. The demon spirit will be drawn into the orb and sealed away into an alternate dimension within the statue. When all nine bijuu are sealed within the statue then the destruction process can begin. The statue will draw out the chakra from each bijuu until there is next to none left in them. It will then have enough chakra to collapse the dimension the bijuu are sealed in and destroy them all at the same time.

The sealing process takes atleast 4 days and nights to complete. When the need arises the individuals performing the seal can distribute their chakra to another individual and rest as they need.

Name: Innen Fugou (Fate's Mark)

Description: This is a seal placed on Rio's back that collects chakra over time and stores it until Rio releases the seal and near bijuu like levels of chakra add onto his own chakra. The seal can only be released in the Demon Prison, Sentence of Fate sealing process so that the chakra it stores can only be used to seal demons into the Prison of Fate statue. If the sealing process is interrupted by anything out of the user's control the Innen Fugou reseals and all the chakra it released into the user returns to the seal. This mark is given to the summoner of the statue so that, if they must, they can seal a bijuu on their own. The seal, when released, will also draw in natural energy and turn it into an energy that can sustain the users life without the need for food or water and hold off their fatique so that a bijuu sealing can be completed uninterupted. This will, however, cause an immense strain on the user and will leave almost next to no chakra in the user. The user will need to wait a few days for their chakra to restore while it's being divided up between the user and the Innen Fugou. The user will also need about 2 weeks to recover from the strain this'll end up putting on their body. The Innen Fugou should only be used when no other option is available.

The Innen Fugou is taken off from the user in two scenarios. When all the bijuu have been collected and destroyed or when the summoner of the Prison of Fate statue changes and the Innen Fugou is transferred to the new summoner. In the scenario where the bijuu are collected the Innen Fugou will be erased and the chakra stored within it is taken by the statue and used for the destruction process to destroy the bijuu.

I say the cloak seal should at least be an A ranked jutsu.
