Description: mako spreads lighting through any body of water. Most used by creating steam over an area, then killing everything inside with lighting spread through the cloud.

Name: Aqua Fist

Rank: A
Description: The user gathers chakra in his hand, and sucks water from everything around him. water comes from the air, the ground, the plants, everything within a 50 foot radius. Compresses into a ball, formed in hand. On impact, force has enough...force to...well, did you see that steam explosion in New York? It can do that. This jutsu requires a lot of concentration and chakra. Even if its not a direct hit, the resulting blast is enough.

Name: Ultimate Water Embodiment (Eki Taigen)

Element: water
Rank: S
Description: Mako's physical body becomes water, and can control it on the molecular level. He can also control and become any water that comes in contact with him. Huge chakra drain after use, but can absorb chakra from Hariken. Lasts 8 posts, after which his chakra pool and physical stamina plummet. However, unlike his storm embodiment, he can still reasonably fight after using this.

Name: Engulfing Water Torrent

Description: After using Water Embodiment, Mako can release hundreds of thousands of tons of water in all directions, becoming a small lake. He then becomes the lake, and can control it as if it were his own body. This can only be used for 3 posts before he becomes solid again.

Jutsus: Name: Tentei Aru (Fist of God)
Type: nin
Element: lighting
Rank: A
Description: Mako raises his sword, and lighting comes down and strikes it. He can then:
1) Make a getsuga or beam like strike of lighting.
2) Absorb the lighting, and convert it into energy, gives him enormous power and energy for short time, 1-2 posts worth, then a fallout of a post.

Jutsus: Name: Kire Tenkuu (Split the Sky)

Element: lighting and water
Rank: A
Description: Mako manipulates the air currents and creates a storm. While it takes quite a bit of chakra to make, once it is born Mako does not need to continue feeding it chakra, it will stay. Mako shares a spirit with the storm, he can summon down lighting, shift the storm, increase or decrease the rain fall.

Jutsus: Name: Hari Kei (Shearing Glass)
Type: nin
Element: lighting
Rank: A
Description: Mako points his sword out in front of him, and sidesteps, so he is sideways to the attack. he then releases energy that forms a barrier in front of him. Instead of a wall, this forms an almost diamond shape around him. the attack is divided along the sides of the shield, so it can take even the strongest of attacks, except the most powerful S ranked techniques, and moderately powerful wind techniques.

Description: Bolts of living lighting come from the sky, and take the general shape of a human body. However, these are not like normal clones. They themselves are lighting, and as such physical attacks don't work on them. They constantly move, flying or bouncing across the field. If a target comes in contact with them, they are instantly paralyzed. They can use multiple lighting jutsus, such as bolts of lighting.

Jutsus: Name: Ate Rikou (Ending Charge)

Element: lighting
Rank: B
Description: Mako sweeps his blade at an oncoming attack, and discharges energy. Powerful enough to disrupt strong jutsus. Also, if he connects with an enemy, or comes close to hitting them, the target is paralyzed.

Jutsus: Name: Shinsei Kaen (True Flame)
Type: nin
Element: lighting
Rank: S
Description: Similar to Tentei Aru, Shinsei Kaen (True Flame) calls down multiple thunder bolts, until Mako's body is surrounded by a blaze of lightning, and his sword will blind you by looking at it. Small bolts of lighting bounce jumps and scatter off Mako at random, and will turn sand to glass, ice to steam. He gains incredible speed and resilience while this jutsu is used. The energy is confined to his blade, but once it hits, it detonates with a tremendous explosion, doing a colossal amount of damage. The strike from this attack will light up the sky from miles around. However, after using this, Mako's chakra will be almost completely gone.

Jutsus: Name: Hanasu Awai (Shout the Light)
Type: nin
Element: lighting
Rank: S
Description: Can only be used in the middle of a thunderstorm. He must first use the Water Embodiment jutsu(Eki Taigen). Mako summons his chakra, and releases it into the storm. By using this, he "becomes" the storm. However, this takes an extreme amount of chakra, and can only be used once in a battle. After using this, the storm is completely drained, and quickly dissipates. This ability is greatly taxing on Mako's body and mind, and can only be used for 2 posts before going back to solid form.

Jutsus: Name: Arashi Taigen (Storm Embodiment)
Type: nin
Element: lighting, water
Rank: S
Description: Like Eki Taigen, Mako molecularly manipulates his body. However, while Eki Taigen turns his body to water, Arashi Taigen harnesses the power of a thunderstorm. He gains complete control of both lighting and water, firing both without needed handsigns. Also, when used a thunderstorm is created, which gives him power, as well as greatly hindering the opponent. His body is made of water and cloud and lighting, which gives him numerous advantages over Eki Taigen. Arashi Taigen greatly increases his speed, as well as gives him the power of flight. He also can't be hurt or damaged by physical attacks, they just pass right through him, doing no damage. However, if he wants to he can solidify parts of his body to fight. When flying his lower body becomes a cloud like substance, almost like a wind and lighting water torrent. When used, wisps of air blow around him, and his body is generally out of focus. However, his eyes blaze like white lighting. This jutsu is very draining on both Mako's chakra and physical stamina, and can only be used for 5 posts, top. Also, when coming out of this form, Mako's body is severely taxed, his speed and strength are greatly diminished for the rest of the fight, and some time after that.

Heheh! Both of us now have jutsu that can only be used in storms! If only I knew more about the Grey Cloaks, I'd say we should team up sometime.

alright, sand and rio made "final" jutsus, i made mine. Behold, the Storm embodiment jutsu! Note: Like rio, will only use against ninja who can handle it or for story purposes.
