ANBU Meeting

Ranaki stood in the center of the empty Chunin exam stadium as the two Jounin bolted away. Their mission, to gather those in the ANBU who didn't know. Ranaki's duty now as Captain of the ANBU was a solid deal, and he was to call a meeting and inform them about it. Ranaki prayed that someone had a problem with it and he would get the chance to show them why he was picked. Sitting under the shade of the only tree Ranaki closed his eyes, he needed more power. Though his sharingan was completely developed and the strongest from any uchiha, he still felt as though he could take it farther, thought he could push his limits beyond that of the average Uchiha, and he would no matter what the cost.

Before long, many anbu appeared from around the village. Not all of them though, the village still needed to be protected and other anbu were already out on missions. The rest would be informed later. Yuukin, the pocessor of the rinnegan, appeared, along with Tsugi, a great tactitioner, were one of the last. One of the Yuukin's smiled, "Hahahaha, this should be good, what the hell does Ranaki want?" Tsugi smiled, "I already know, just wait."

Ranaki stood as people started arriving. When what seemed like all the ANBU who were comming was there he spoke, his sharingan never stopping as it scanned the crowd. "The hokage has informed me, as I'm sure some of you have already heard, I am the new captain of the ANBU Black ops. He called me to his office today and informed me. Anyone have any objections, step foreward and we'll handle it the way I handle anything, which I know some of you know how that is." Ranaki's voice was flat and even as he spoke, his sharingan never stopped looking over the crowd.

Anbu are trained to be calm and cool under pressure, be intelligent in all situations, think out everything and be as stealthy as possible. Yuukin must've missed that lesson, for one of the Yuukins would quickly yell, "Ranaki, captain... hahahahahhaha... hehehe, whatever, Lumiero'd never." He started picking his ears, obnoxiously, flicking some wax at him. "Prove your ready to be captain..."

Ranaki's sharingan stopped on the man who had been twitchy throughout his speach, the one he'd known would cause an issue. And the one he'd been planning on making an example of. ((NPC so a powerplay I'll assume is alright, though it's just to get him in the open.)) Ranaki was a bluur and was then behind the man. Kicking him hard in the back he waited for the man to be stopping in the center of the clearing and was gone again, a few feet above the man ranaki's hands were a bluur before he inhaled deeply. "Fire style: Pheonix flower jutsu!" A Stream of large fire balls shot down towards the man in a spiralling pattern. Before they could come close Ranaki knew the man would dodge them by the way his muscle torqued. The sharingan was undefeatable one on one. Skidding to a hault right where he knew the man would stop Ranaki pulled out a kunai and flicked his wrist sending the hard steel cutting through the air towards the man's knee.

His actions were quick, very quick. A captain of anbu's skill level, indeed. But, with such simple fire jutsu and kunai, it would only go so far, especially since a anbu with the power of the rinnegan. The Yuukin, which was attacked took the first kick, gauging the power of anbu captain, "Impressive speed..." But, as the fire style attack came, he would show him while he was a prized anbu. With a quick set of hand signs, water would quickly vaporate and surround the ninja, blocking the fire jutsu and the kunai easily. When the water wall would die out, Yuukin would be gone. The next thing the adept Uchiha would see is 6 bodies of Yuukin surrounding him, each one with a kunai pointed toward him. "Hmmm, your a quick one, Ranaki, I think you might be ready for this captain position. Maybe, bye... I gotta go eat some waffles." An explosion would soon erupt upon the field as the crazy Yuukins made their escape.

The anbu Yuukin was talking to before, Tsugi, would then approach the man. "Sorry about that, Captain Ranaki, Yuukin can be weird..." He held his hand out, "Congratulations, if you need any help, I'll be your man to go to. And if you didn't know, I'm the head tactitioner of the Leaf. Yuukin is the head of being a retarded random dumbass, who has too much power, even though it's helpful, it can get alittle overboard." He smiled again. "So, Captain, what else do you got to tell us?"

OOC: so, I know you think they are NPC's, but this site doesn't work like that. We can have more than one character, which makes it more interesting so we can fill out villages and do more things. I'm taking Yuukin and Tsugi as my characters, and they can work under you and do missions and the like with you.

Ranaki smirked as his tests were well passes. As Tsugi approacvhed Ranaki shook his hand and listened. "Very good, I was hoping he'd be the one to say something. I wanted to see how good he and his rummored eyes were, I'm impressed. Also I've heard of your tactics, supposedly you're one of the best, well no more supposing tactitioner, we will become the best, so good infact the other village will quake with fear at the very thought of attacking us. You will help me with that. I want the training sessions double and each teams skills raised by 3 percent. This is a very difficult task but I assume you'll be the one to do it. Any questions Vice-Captian?" Ranaki asked and at the same time threw in the promotion as was his ability as captain.

Tsugi liked the way this man talked. "I have no problems with that, Captain Ranaki," the new vice-captain responded, taking a liking to this man even though he was alittle cold and stern. I guess it was kinda good to get away from crazy alittle, Yuukin being so random made him forget how nice it was to talk to someone who was also intelligent and thought more on than just waffles.

Tsugi would then turn to the other anbu, "You heard the man, if we are going to protect this village efficiently, we need to change things up. Yes, meaning more training sessions, each one more intense then the others. And yes, that means less family time, but without this training, we might not have the family. Understood?"

Ranaki watched his new vice-captain speaking to the men and knew instantly he'd made a good choice. Turning he walked back and leaned aginst the wall and when his vice captain finished he waved him over to him. Ranaki's sharingan was locked onto the man as he spoke. "I want you to gather the most powerful or better yet the ANBU with the most potential togrow. They will be placed in my personal squad and be in chrage of defending the Hokage. The others I want broken down into 3 man squads, 2 four man squads, and the rest into five man squads. The 5 man squads will patrol the borders of the hidden leaf, the four man squads will patrol the walls and the 3 man squads will be inside the walls gaurding our civillians and assisting the jounin. This will increase Konoha's profficiency, strength, and safety by roughly 13%. Is there anything you would like to add?"

"No captain," Tsugi told the man, right now astounded by his skill in tactitioning. "That is a very good idea, I'll get on that right now. The Hokage needs to hear of this though," he ended before adjusting his glasses and disappearing into smoke.

Ranaki watched his new Vice-captain disappear and couldn't help but smile. Ranaki diidn't believe he couldn't have chosen a more suited person to be his Vice-captain. Turning he watched the ANBU disappear before closing his eyes and letting out a breath. Now he had to go inform the Hokage before he could go and try and find information on the Mangekyou...or perhaps...he could ask the hokage when he was there? Making a hand sign suddenly Ranaki was gone.
