PostSubject: A Snowy Day? (Zero's Visit to the Leaf Village) [Act 2]   A Snowy Day? (Zero's Visit to the Leaf Village) [Act 2] EmptyWed Jul 22, 2009 2:51 pm

It was a bright and sunny day above the leaf village. Barely a cloud in the sky. Maybe that should be fixed. Zero was standing on a hill overlooking the leaf village. "Fresh blood..." said Zero with a small smile. He looked up at the sky and started making seals for the Snowy Day jutsu. As he made the seals the area started getting colder and then he finished and pointed his hands to the sky and started bringing them together. "Snowy Day," said Zero.

The clouds started turning darker and started becoming bigger. Snow slowly started falling from the large clouds above the Leaf Village that blocked out the sun making it kinda like twilight in the area. The snow soon started getting heavier and heavier. The temperature started getting colder as well. "Much better," said Zero as he made camp for the day. He used almost all of that days chakra so he could keep it snowing for atleast a week there.

Zero set out the next day toward the leaf village.

Eyes stuck on papers that needed to be filled out, the Hokage, Lumiero Mezclado averted his gaze as he started to feel a sudden chill. He turned in his swivel chair to set his baby blue orbs on the scene of falling snow. "What the..." The Hokage murmurs to himself as he watches the numerous amount of snow hit the ground. "It's summer... why is it snowing, again?" Somewhat perplexed, he brushes aside his confusion and continues his filling out of papers. "I guess I'll find out soon enough."

Zero soon arrived at the Leaf Village gates. The snow was already getting deep within the city walls. Zero didn't pay any attention to the jonin at the gate and continued walking in toward the city. His eyes were scanning the area looking for fresh prey. He was wondering where to strike first.

Rio was in his home relaxing. Staying inside due to what was a hot day until it suddenly started to snow. Rio took notice of the changing temperature and the sudden snow fall. (That's strange.) Rio activates his byakugan and looks at the clouds above the village. (They're full of chakra. This is some weather jutsu. I guess it doesn't concern me. I'll Lumiero handle this in whatever way he decides.)

Yuukin knocked at the door.

Yuu1: "Rio. It suddenly became cold an it's snowing. Let's have a snowball fight."

(Don't say anything and he'll just go away.)

Yuu1: "Please? Tsugi already said no. I'm lonely."

Yuu2: "Lonely then what are we?"

Yuu1: "And this talking golden pot won't stop talking to me."

Two Leaf ninjas watched as the man headed for the village, eyes locked on the young man as he cockily walked passed them. Before he could go in, the two approached them. A brown haired ninja assigned to watch the gates along with his partner stopped him, putting his hand out and then started to talk to the man. "You can't just walk into the village. Your I.D., please, we need to know what village you are from and what business you have here."

Zero looked down at the hand and with his speed he went to grab it. As soon as he would grab it he would twist it fast to try and make it snap then he would throw the man into his partner. If that worked he would quickly start making the seals for his Ice Talon jutsu.

The brown haired man was surprised, to say the least. His hand twisted, snapping his wrist and immobilizing him for the moment. The other ninja would catch his partner and help him stand up right. "Go contact the Hokage that we have a intruder," the other ninja says to the one with the impairment, he disappearing into smoke as the other slowly unsheathes his sword. "Now, answer the question. Who are you and what business do you have in the Leaf?" He keeps his sword tight in his hand, getting ready for anything the ninja could throw at him if he once again didn't want to tell.

Zero looked at the guards stiffened stance and the charged. As he charged snow shot up from the ground and created his ice talons. Zero kept his body nimble and flexible. He swung his first Ice Talon at the head of the guard, meaning for him to block it as the second one came around for a quick shot to the chest. Because of the guards stiffened position it would be hard to block and counter because of the strength and speed put into the attack. And the second attack would almost definitely get a direct hit. Zero was strong and fast and merciless, but that's how he had been raised.

The amble ninja dodged the strike at his head by kneeling down quickly, making the second claw attack come straight to his head again. He put his sword in front of himself, blocking the strong strike which knocked him back quite a few meters.

The anbu sighed as he got up, sheathing his sword quickly and doing a few handsigns. "Fire beats ice," the leaf village ninja says before uttering 'Great Fireball Jutsu.' The prominent jutsu of the Fire Country flew towards the ninja quickly, and the Leaf ninja quickly took out his sword, followed the fire and intended to strike the ninja down if he tried anything.

Zero started doing seals and did a quick back roll to quickly avoid the fire and sword attack. His coat got caught of fire though but the tuck and roll quickly put it out. Zero recovered a few feet away as he finished the seal and said, "Frozen Tundra!" He put his hands to the snow filled ground and then the snow rose up and rushed at the shinobi guard. It was like a mini avalanche rushing at the opponent. It was meant to temporarily stun, surprise, and cover the victim in thick, heavy snow, making it hard to get out of.

The snow that melted from the fire attack quickly began turning into hard ice because of the temperture decreasing. The shinobi of the village, especially the guard, was wearing clothes for summer, not winter. So their muscles should begin aching soon and they're movements should become slower.

The shinobi was caught off gaurd by the quick snow jutsu, getting trapped in the snowy grave that the ninja built. The ninja could hardly budge and was definitely stuck, leaving Zero to do what he wanted.

----

Meanwhile, the injured ninja finally happened upon some help. A few anbu took notice of his injuries and quickly went on searh for the one responsible, heading for the gates as quickly as possible. One anbu stayed behind to tell the Hokage.

Zero looked at the pile of snow and then did Frozen Tundra once more to put even more pressure on the shinobi. With all the pressure it would be difficult to move and because of how much snow there was piled on top and around it would quickly deplete the little oxygen he had, making him suffocate. Zero didn't even bother to wait to see the outcome. He started walking toward the village making multiple seals for his next jutsu. He knew many would be coming now, so he planned to finish them off quickly with his Icy Grave jutsu, but this jutsu took longer than most jutsu because of its power. He would need a little time and hoped he could get that time before the other shinobi arrived.

The anbu rushed throughout the Leaf Village, looking almost like a blur to all the rest of the villagers. They were intent on stopping this ninja before he killed any of the residents of the Konoha. Finally, they reached the ninja, the one with a white cloak on, the head of that squad, approached him. "Are you the ninja that attacked the guards at the gate?" He asked, going over the outfit of the ninja in front of him, it matching the description the guard gave him. "You are now an enemy of Konoha and will be taken in for questioning. If you resist, we can't assure you that you will live another day."

"You talk too much," said Zero as he made the final seal, the dragon seal. "Icy... Grave," said Zero as he touched the ground. Six foot high ice spikes shot from the ground randomly. They started five feet away from Zero and stopped twenty five feet away in all directions. Anything caught in their spot will become pierced from bellow. The best way to avoid this attack was to get airborn and stay airborn, or to get out of range, but only Zero knew the range here.

Most of the ninja took quickly to the sky and jumped on buildings to dodge the attack, only one or two unfortunate anbu were close to were the first set of spikes that shot up. But, Zero must remember, these are anbu and are very strong ninja so they wouldn't be as easy to kill as chunin-level guards.

The anbu clad in white put out one of his hands and did a hand sign. "Paralysis Jutsu." The jutsu hitting Zero and paralyzing him for the moment. The other ninja in black quickly flew towards him, one going for a sword strike to his back and the other attacking at his front, intending to strike him from both sides and kill him assassin style - which is quickly and silently.

Zero couldn't move and he then did the only thing he could think of at the moment. He exerted his chakra sending a pulse of his chakra flying out to knock the ANBU members off balance in mid air, hoping to make them miss. Zero may have been young, but he was at the skill level of ANBU members as well.

They were disoriented for a second, being knocked off balance and landing a few meters away, but they quickly resumed their trek towards him. By that the time, the paralysis would probably be slowly wearing off, giving Zero some space to move, so the anbu had to act quickly. They quickly each made a shadow clone and decided to attack him from above, at the legs, at his back and at his chest. Four different swords strikes that would pierce somewhere vital to his well-being - they were anbu, they knew exactly where to strike to hinder an opponent.

Zero was able to move his arms most of all. He slowly made a few seals, but was able to get the dog seal in just in time before the attacks hit. "Ice Armor," said Zero. Snow shot up from the ground and wrapped around parts of Zero creating a thin, but hard, layer of ice over parts of his body. Some weapons pierced his armor a little and bit into his skin, but was stopped there. Blood was dripping down his arm and legs a little. But his head and back and front were all in tact, those being the strongest of the points of his ice armor jutsu. Not only did he have the ice armor on, but his Ice Talons were still on as well.

Damnit thought Zero as he felt the paralysis wearing off more. Just a little bit more and he would be able to move freely again. He had been able to move his hands and his arms a bit, his hands able to move the fastest.

The clones and the real ninja backed up after they hit, now processing how deep they got - which wasn't far. The attacks hardly did anything. Seeing the ice, they knew what they had to do next. Backing up a few meters, they lifted their mask just above their mouth. Their hands started to blur as they performed the Great Fireball Jutsu handsigns. Seconds later four fireball jutsus were shot at Zero, each from each a different location, intending to explode into a fiery inferno if they all hit.

Ryoh, who had looked every for Zero, emerged from the village to not only find chaos, but the man he was looking for. He also saw all the Anbu attempting to kill Zero and decided to act by killing them. "Damn, did you have to cause all of this trouble? I wanted to recruit you and leave quietly and now that can't happen." Ryoh muttered to himself as he unsheathed his blade and quickly appeared meters away from Zero. He then made quick work of the clones.

"All the trouble you cause me, Zero," Ryoh said as aloud as he went after, and quickly killed the other Anbu.

Zero quickly made the Frozen Tundra seals and then said, "Frozen Tundra!" He quickly put his hands to the ground and cover himself in a large amount of snow. He made sure to a leave a pocket of air in there where he was and made seals. As the fire hit the snow it quickly melted it away. Zero then said, "Ice Wall!" as he finished the seals. Since now the snow was melting the Ice Wall not only appeared in front of him, but because of the liquid it formed around him by freezing the water quickly. The fire melted most of the ice but ended up subsiding before it was able to break through. Zero stood up and looked around at them all. "Now this is fun!" said Zero. He started making seals for his Blizzard jutsu. He was starting to get low on Chakra, so he could only do about three or four more jutsu.

((Ryoh. They may be NPCs. But in a way they're still characters. And ANBU. So its not gunna be as easy as that to kill them.))

The clones were easily dispatched, yes, but the real anbu were not going to be taken out as easily. The anbu's slashed bodies turned into chopped pieces of wood as one of the real anbu appeared next to the Ryoh with his sword to his neck. "Not that easy," he said before he quickly made quick slashes at vital points in his body. Meanwhile, the other anbu rushed to Zero trying to stop him from completing his jutsu with a quick sword strike.

When Anbu finished his work Ryoh's body turned into at sliced block of wood. Ryoh Ryoh was behind the anbu and channeled his lightning chakra through his blade, giving it the ability to cut through almost any material and paralyze living beings. He impaled the Anbu's chest from behind and went off to attack the others.

When he reached the other Anbu, Ryoh began to channel water-based chakra through his blade. He then fired high pressure blasts of water from his blade that were aimed at their heads.

Zero still had a bit of his Ice Wall jutsu to protect him as they attacked. After a few more seconds when they tried breaking the Ice Wall, Zero said, "Blizzard!" He looked up and then the snow started to blow ferociously and a blizzard appeared and struck at everyone caught in it. It was mainly the cold snow and the cold wind that would do most damage. Freezing muscles, making it harder to move. Knocking people off balanced and making arial weapons useless. Zero hoped the Blizzard could knock them off balance because the Ice Wall just broke and he struck out at the closest one. Aiming for a slash to the chest and a stab to the gut while using the momentum, if it hit to use the body as leverage to bring around a roundhouse kick made of ice to the closest shinobi in range. And hopefully the Blizzard would catch the ANBU with Ryoh off guard since he wasn't paying attention to Zero.

The rapid forming blizzard made the anbu's visibility go to zero, making it hard for them to see or even attack. The one that went after Zero was stabbed easily, he couldn't see a thing unfortunately. The other anbu was caught off guard by the water wave which turned to sharp ice in the blizzard. The white clad anbu from atop the building watched in horror. He then started doing handsigns, a poweful one. "Great Dragon Fire Jutsu." The ninja lifted his mask and sent large dragon heads at the two ninjas.
