Physical description: Known as the “Hidden Cloud’s Ocelot”, Arashi is the last known member of the Kaiba clan. As such he boasts the clan’s trademark physical features, a sleek streamlined body, white hair and white chakra. He stands an intimidating 6’3” and speaks in a low commanding tone, both of these attributes tend to demand respect from anyone in his presence.
Personality: He is by nature, extremely calculating and paranoid, rarely trusting anyone or anything, his demeanour hides his suspicions well, as he rarely shows his emotions. As a loyalist to his village and his subordinates, he tends to cast personal feelings and even his own well being aside to ensure their safety

Background: The Kaiba Clan has always been highly steeped in tradition, an awfully conservative, aristocratic bunch of yes-men. Arashi, as the name given to him by his beloved mother suggested, was the storm in their perfect world. From an early age he rebelled against their beliefs, discarding the old ways for his idea of what the new world should be. And after Saito Kaiba’s demise ten years ago, took the reigns as family head and Raikage of the Hidden Cloud Village. Under his leadership, the village moved from a backwater pawn, to a thriving force to be reckoned with in the ninja world. His zeal for technology ensured that new weapons were always under development and his soldiers were outfitted in a number of gadgets to aid them in their missions.

Description: A Titanium and Teflon based sword of his own design, that can split along the centre joint to be used in tandem or separately.
Ability: Titanium conducts his lightning based chakra, and is used to add a paralyzing effect to his slashes, rendering the spot hit immobile for 3 posts, when used on machinery it halts their operations for one post.
Teflon acts as an insulator to his lightning, making the blade extremely hot as it stores energy, allowing him to cut through various elements, even steel.
When used as one, charging both the Titanium and Teflon simulateously will result in a minor explosion if the sword is violently struck.
