While that is being preformed, a small but ever so growing bolt of lightning forms. While it grows he can control the circumference of the bolt which is in the form of a orb, he can handle the bolt by expanding it to larger standards and generate large amounts of lightning in the style of the rasengan as he attacks.

He then could make it smaller then burst into many smaller, invisable to the naked eye lightning strikes that stings the opponent once it reaches their skin. The non visable lightning strikes move as fast as enhanced natural lightning strikes, once penetrated the skin, it paralyzes the chakra flow into stunning it.

He can create illusions through pure thought,having his opponents believe they saw an attack when it didnt happen. This can go on for a short amount of time and could be useful during a last resorts.

Description: Megumi preforms handseals quite quickly, he gains the ability to see the internal body of his opponent, The Tissue and the muscles,the blood flow,Everything except the chakra flow. After that is done,every strike from Megumi while in this form will damage the inner organs and such to the opponent. Hitting muscule will loosen tissue making the attacks harder when lander on them.

Description: By Preforming handseals swiftly, all senses of the user's existance fades away but in reality he is still there. Opponents cannot hear him, smell him, taste him, see him or feel him. The chakra supply is gone and everything that is related to the user has faded in the eyes and mind of the opponent however in reality he is still there, having his opponent believe he has died. To fool the opponent, a complete copy of the user's everything from the place he preformed the jutsu will be there as a decoy. This Decoy will have everything the original had but instead the decoy will be dead until the jutsu is canceled or broken by the user. This leaves an escape for the user and allies or for allies or the user to attack. He can preform this jutsu on his allies to help them aswell or preform it on his opponent to believe they died when an attack hits them.

Description: By using chakra control and fusing his Lightning affinity with his chakra, he forms a bright energy made from radiated lightning and chakra inside his body and releases that 'lightning chakra' or radiated energy by shooting it out of his palm, mouth or eyes. As the light enter the world he can use chakra control to muniplate the size and how bright the light is, using it for distractions or blinding opponents.

Description: With combined speeds of swift wind chakra and lightning chakra fused together using chi and chakra, Megumi preforms handseals, with this he releases all of that speed into the surroundings making all attacks and movement from Megumi faster than normal including material attacks like throwned Kunai or Shuriken. To the opponent's eyes it's so fast that it appears once and then vanish making it seem like Genjutsu to the opponent.

Description: After Prefoming handseals, this jutsu acts as a Taijutsu, and as the user moves or attack, Lightning emits from his attacks and leaves trails of lightning waves behind attacks. Hitting his opponents shocking and paralyzing them due to the rapid invasion the lightning will do to the contacted body, raiding the body's chakra and goes straight to the spine afterwards unless the opponent is hit from behind then they will paralyzed first.

Description: Megumi preforms handseals and replace himself with a clone ready. Once his opponent hits the clone in anyway, the clone poofs and the opponent is struck by a Genjutsu of Megumi's choosing in his arsenal.

Description: By Chanting spells or saying them inside his own head while preforming handseals. he can preform handseals needed for two abilities. Combining his Chi and Chakra he is able to seal his opponent's chakra for 3 posts. This happens when Megumi is finished preforming handseals and chanting, pouring his Fused Chi and Chakra into his visable body by others and attacks his opponent by palm attack or fist attack. Once the opponent is hit the sealing process is immediately complete. It seal's Bijuu chakra aswell. Sealing abilities come easy to Megumi because he also is a priest. Palming himself will begin healing fatal wounds.

Description: With handseals preformed swiftly, Megumi creates handseals and creates a barrier made of wind, the wind rapidly spins as fast as a tornado, for defensive reasons it blocks attacks and deflects them back at it's opponents including long ranged attacks and ranged ninjutsu. He can also use this jutsu as a trap and have the barrier appear around his opponent and once the opponent preforms a ranged ninjutsu attack B-Ranked and lower it will immediately backfire and hit the opponent seeing as the barrier will deflect the ranged ninjutsu attack as soon as it's preformed making it a varited trap ninjutsu.
