Physical description:
Her hair color is red, her eyes are bright emerald green. She weighs 115 pounds and is 5"8.

Personality: Hikato is a kind woman who will do all she can to protect those around her. It seems she is very troubled as moments, she will be very cold and harsh to those around her. These moments do not last long in length but when they happen its been noted she can be cruel. She shows concern toward her patients and will always be loyal to those she has taken up on protecting. Although, sometimes she fakes her smiles so no one will question how she really feels. When this happen she feels lonely, and wonders why her family had to die. Her heart seems to be frozen, even if she is gentle and loving she will not allow anyone to be close to her again. She's seen as a strong woman, who will go out of her way to protect, and heal people.

Likes: Hikato loves watching the sunset, with the soft pastel hues across the sky. And before you know it, it darkens into twilight. She loves this period of the night and can often be seen staring toward the sky now. She likes to advance her medical methods so that the village has the best healing.

Hates: She hates anything that has a link to her past since of what happened in those days, because of those events she can not stand when someone lies, and will get very upset if someone does. Being hard to anger most of the time, she hates when people seem to go out of their way to make her get upset. Also she hates feeling weak, and will not stand for being weak.

Background: Hikato grew up living with her clan, the No'tido's. She lived on the edge of the mist village in a wonderful home. She would reside there when ever. She was a healing prodigy in her family. She could do some of the hardest healings, at 13 years of age. This would intimidate some of her peers. But her clan was known for their skills in healing, and the mist village regarded them highly. Hikato never minded being a healer, since it was a clan tradition. Her life had been a quiet one, but one she enjoyed very much. Her family had gotten killed, but the young woman never spoke of how they got killed. She would never mention it, she had vanished the night her family had been slaughtered.

She returned to village at the age of seventeen working in the infirmary. She wanted only to do her best to help the people there. She loved seeing the smiles of those who were in need of help. Although she would never mention what happened to her family. It bothered her deeply to the point where some days she would visit the old house, and leave flowers. She missed them so deeply. Being the last of her clan, the girl took to staying at the infirmary and helping out.

Soon enough she became the head healer of the mist.

Description: Her katana is made from a light weighted metal. Even though the metal is light it's very durable. The blade on the katana is pure white, it looks almost unreal. The handle of the blade is pure black, and looks almost like it's made of onyx. Around the hilt of the sword it a cloth made of pure silk, which remains tied on.

Ability: When the cloth is removed, she is able to make everything around her start to slow down, when it slows down, she is able to fight. If the blade in knocked from her hand the ability is canceled out. The area around her is slowed down but only five meters around her, this only lasts for five posts.



Weapon: Guardians of the wind

Type: Fans

Classification: >_> FANS! Tessens.

Description: They’re two traditional looking fans, which are used for combat. Her left handed one is silver has the pattern of swirls on it, and the right one is black, just pure black, till she uses the fans. Then shapes seem to appear on the fan.

Ability: Her fans allow her to manipulate the air around her, making it blow in gentle gusts, or able to cause a vast amount of wind destruction. The fans are rather strong being passed through the No’Tido clan for centuries. The fans’ can only cause small gust of winds which distract people, that’ll last ten-fifteen posts. The large gust of winds last to five post, and take three posts to recharge.

Hmm, a few things. I'll start by saying nice character.

Okay, you said she is a healing ninja, but she has no Ninjutsu points. You can't heal with genjutsu and taijutsu, sadly. So, you'd have to give her some ninjutsu points and take some away from the others.

And on the weapon, that is pretty strong ability, so it needs limits and such. Like the range of where it slows down time, it can't slow down the whole world. And how slow it will actually make the person. To a crawl, half their original speed. And also you need a post limit. I know they can knock it out of your hand, but what if they don't. It can't last forever.

So, after a few changes and edits, I'll look over it and approve it.

OH! It doesn't slow down the whole world... It only slows down five meters around her, and it only lasts about five posts.

Hey I made some changes so Hikato can be used for the arc, seeing as how she wouldn't be evil as of yet.

Hm...if she isn't Head Akatsuki right now then you should prob change her stats to like Anbu rank...

Why would she be weaker? o.o I never liked mystical, unexplained stat boosts just because people get promoted. XD

still, the mist having 2 kage ranked ninja would throw off the balance of the villages. mist would have a huge advantage over the others. i'm not saying that you have to lower your rank, but for this arc, hikato should be restricted to her job, aka medic/healer. i'm sorry, but i can't have her fight in this arc. you have riku for that, at least. sorry, but balance needs to be kept.
