Rio's Master Chakra Style

Rio's Senjutsu. The first four jutsu are made to use the least amount of chakra possible with Rio's chakra control he has been able to use so little chakra with these jutsu that they don't bring him closer to exiting his sage mode. (Planning on making new jutsu that will, though.)

Description: One of Rio's most advanced forms of fighting with chakra that he can only preform after drawing on natural energy. After creating sage chakra Rio will then be able to use this jutsu. With this Rio can literally fight with nothing by chakra. To explain best: Elemental wind training is preformed by cutting a leaf and a waterfall by concentrating chakra into them. This senjutsu is basically the most advanced version of that. Rio's wind chakra alone will easily cut alomst anything. He can also use the lightning of his chakra to electrify anything. This is Rio's near ultimate version of nature manipulation. Being that lightning isn't his main chakra nature and is not as useful as his wind chakra when using this technique.

Description: The same as the chakra shield used by puppets except Rio can use it and it's much stronger. This shield can absorb a large yet limited amount of elemental jutsu. When the shield has absorbed up to the limit it breaks and for a while becomes hard to use again. Absorption limits: C Rank: 30 B-Rank: 10 A-Rank: 2 S-Rank: 0. Once broken it takes 2 posts before becoming usable again.

Description: With sage chakra Rio can use chakra to lift things of weight equal to many times his own. It doesn't work on other ninja nor any jutsu. Rio uses this to make something a shield and for other uses.

Description: Rio can turn his chakra into sharp or extremely dense crystal for attacking or to block attacks. He can also use it to heal wounds like his crystal hibernation in the middle of battle. Small wounds can be healed up quickly, larger flesh wounds will take up to 2 posts to heal. Any life threatening wound would take too long to heal and so when in battle the crystalized chakra will protect such wounds from further damage and take away the lethality of the wound but the pain will still remain.

Interesting. I don't have the power to approve things, so this post is a bit superfluous, but I like your jutsus. I think you should make like a were-wolf like form where you lose a bit of speed but gain a lot of power.

I don't like the idea of a were wolf form. I mean it's not like it doesn't sound cool. Ok it doesn't sound cool or unccool to me. Besides the main reason I made the wolf form was to turn Rio into a hunter. I just get excited thinking of Rio in his wolf form attacking unsuspecting enemies. That's my favorite part of it.

Eh, I don't mind if you don't like the suggestion. Your jutsu is still cool. And I see where you're coming from with the hunter thing.

Very powerful jutsu, indeed. But, seeing as though Sand and Mako, the other sannin, have some just about equal to yours, and they both have incredibly powerful final forms that combat with your Master Chakra and Wolf Form, approved on my part. Just don't abuse your power and remember that after using such powerful jutsu, you'll be close to out of chakra and out of commision...

There was some detail about my chakra style I forgot by the time you joined old shinobiquest. Whenever Rio uses his chakra jutsu he instantly regains the chakra he used. Of course I'd never use this to my advantage in the case of me having caused the enemy to use almost all there chakra. When something like that happens Rio would do the right thing and just call it a draw between him and his opponent as it normally would have been. So Rio would still have the energy to easily leave the battle field.

That's kind of uber to always restore your chakra if you use chakra style, but, since I know you won't abuse it, okay.

nly thing is that black fire could survive, even kousetsu can;t create a cols, well cold enough....now like level one black flames sure, but the flames straight off of kuroi's body would survive, and his level four that i just recently made would definatly survive...so besides that approved. unless the temp is absolute zero cus that's extremly pushing it.. but....i would think that kuroi could survive because of his extreme heat in his body....that's just me though....

and to explain the chakra burn best i can, its like how hyuuga's can cut chakra with chakra, only im bruning it ewith chakra fire......my fire isnt actual fire, its really hot chakra.........thats visible...........but if your really that agaisnt my character ok.....

I'm against not being able to use my original jutsu on your character that's all. And you have a point with the chakra thing. Even if the fire lives the low visibillty is to Rio's advantage in the blizzard.

well its not your fault i counter all your jutsu...your wind element...im fire.. i beat you, you beat mako and mako beats me its a triangle, though you went and randomly mastered water so nevermind....do you have three elements now?

eh, its alright, my storm embodiment uses wind elements, so ill let you use water chakra. however, being a water master, mako wont be extreamly hindered by the storm...

Just the advantage of Rio being able to see in the storm when you can't was what I was mainly hoping for, at the very least.
