Overview: By encircling their body with electricity created from chakra manipulation, the user can then attack the opponent with a physical tackle. The electricity itself doesn't lend much in terms of pain but it does disrupt the normal flow of chakra making molding and forming difficult.

An electrical shock runs through a small part of the user's body. One touch can create a powerful paralysis. For example, a clean shock to the arm will make it go limp. This technique is more commonly used on the spinal cord to create total paralysis for the body, but the duration is short unless the Raiton is charged up at touch. The shock will have minimal effect if the user and his target do not completely touch at the electrified point or if the two are disconnected in midcharge. Charge must occur during contact.
*A simple jutsu that can have a devastating effect on people not paying attention, basically causes paralysis.

General Overview: After forming a single handsign, the user infuses a small amount of lightning chakra into a metal weapon, giving it a magnetic charge. After throwing or losing said weapon, the user can make a beckoning motion with their oppositely charged hand to have the weapon fly back to their hand in a straight line. Th user cannot guide the arc of the returning weapon in anyway, it will go straight to them. An advanced user can perform this jutsu without the handsign.
Rationale: An interesting supplementary jutsu for weapon users.

General Overview: Channeling lightning natured chakra to their hand, the user touches it to the ground, spreading a visible spiderweb-like current along the ground. Anyone it touches will be severaly electrocuted. The current can be sent up walls ceilings for variation. The jutsu is only sustained for as long as the user has their hand to the ground, as soon as they let up the jutsu will immediately fizzle out.
Rationale: An unconventional lightning attack, can be used to make battles more interesting.
