Ryoh's Jutsu

Due to his nature, Ryoh has mastered all wind and lightning jutsu, at least the ones in the compilation topics, and knows all the water jutsu that are A-rank and below. Also, to his time in Konoha, Ryoh has learned and mastered most of the jutsu Konoha is known for. All in all, Ryoh is quite the versatile fighter.




Jutsus: Finger Tornado
Type: Nin
Element: Wind
Rank: B
Description: Cyclones surround Ryoh fingers and on his command they expant and shoot forward. Ryoh can control the size they expand by to pinpoint specific areas. These cyclones can easily tear through concrete and just as easily making holes in bodies.

Jutsus: Air Pistol
Type: Nin
Element: Wind
Rank: D-B
Description: A very quick jutsu. Ryoh makes a gun using his hand and when he "fires" a bullet-sized shot of compressed air is shot from his fingers. Ryoh can preform stronger verions by either using his full palm or both of his hands. Not only the blast cover a larger area, put the destructive force is much greater.

Jutsus: Rampaging Cyclone
Type: Nin
Element: Primarily wind but any of the elements can be added to give the attack more power
Rank: A
Description: After Ryoh preforms the necessary handsigns a large cyclone forms near Ryoh. Ryoh can control it's path with thought and anything suck into it is cut, slashed, stabbed, multiple times before being spat out. Ryoh can add other elements into it to increase it's power of destruction.

Name: Water Countering Technique
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Water
Rank: C
Description: This technique is used to stop water based attacks, mainly water-based projectile. The user performs this technique after the opponent has preformed his. The water being used to attack is dispersed into a harmless mist. This technique can also be used on water clones. The amount of chakra required to perform this technique is dependent on the amount of water and the difficulty of the countered technique.

Rank: C
Description: After preforming the required handsigns, Ryoh fires a ball of compressed water from his mouth.

Name: Cloudy Day
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Water
Rank: B
Description: After preforming the required handsigns, Ryoh summons a mass of dark clouds. Ryoh can take water from these clouds as a source for his water jutsu. These clouds last for 4 water jutsu.

Name: Water Pulse
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Water
Rank: A
Description: After preforming the required handsigns, Ryoh makes a large ball the made of very high density water, when hit by this you feel like you ran into a wall, adding to the pressure, it explodes and makes you feel like you are hit with a train.

Name: Electric Charge
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Lightning
Rank: B
Description: After using the preforming a quick handsign, Ryoh can charge a metallic with a mass of lightning-based chakra to the point that the object glows yellow. Ryoh then throws the object, which explodes on contact with whatever it comes in contact with.

Jutsus: Lightning bird
Type: Nin
Element: Lightning
Rank: S
Description: Ryoh prepares a chidori in his hand and as he thrusts his arm forward the technique leaves his body in the form of a bird made of blue lightning. The bird some homing ability making it a useful projectile

Jutsus: Transportation Cloud
Type: Nin
Element: Water and wind
Rank: C
Description: Ryoh forms a highly condensed cloud that he can use for long distant journeys. While it can only hold one person it moves with great agility and mobility. The cloud can either destroyed by A rank attacks and can be cancel on Ryoh's command.

Jutsus: Lightning Strike
Type: Nin
Element: Lightning
Rank: A
Description: Ryoh's transportation cloud fires a fire bolt of lightning down. Although the attack is quite powerful it's range is quite poor. An opponent only needs to dodge the aim to escape being electrocuted. However, if they fail to escape the aim the lightning is nearly guaranteed to strike.

Jutsus: Storm Wall
Type: Nin
Element: Wind, Water, and Lightning
Rank: B
Description: Ryoh forms a large wall containing his three elements. Although it guards in only one direction it can block all B rank jutsu and weaker. It can also cancel out A rank jutsu that use the affinities that are weak to the elements contained in the wall. Meaning the wall cancels out A ranked Lightning, Earth, and Fire jutsu.

Jutsus: Storm Barrier
Type: Nin
Element: Wind, Water, and Lighting
Rank: A
Description: Ryoh forms a barrier that can fit up to three people. Not only can it guards attacking from all directions, but can also block all A ranked attacks. It will cancel out against the S ranked jutsu that contain the three affinities that are beaten by the elements contained in the barrier.

Type: Nin
Element: Wind, Water, and Lightning
Rank: S+++

Added my first batch of jutsu. Need ideas for water jutsu. Comment on them

First off, for Finger Tornado, you spelled Tornado wrong. Come on, learn to spell, noob! And how rapid can you shoot those? Like rapid fire bullets?

Air Pistol should be higher rank than B. Probably C-A if it is "Destructive Force."

And if Chidori is an A rank jutsu, throwing it and controlling to where it is homing (slightly), makes it an S rank.

For Storm Wall, after it gets cancelled, the Storm Wall would disappear also, right?

And a A rank attack that hits another one should cancel, while an S rank will break it. So, probably need to switch around Storm Wall and Storm Barrier cancellations.

A cyclone can form around each finger. So 8 at a time.

That elemental crap play a huge role in what it cancels, Tez. If it's S rank, yet the barrier holds an advantage to it then they cancel one another out.

I'll let you keep it at maximum B. But, it better not be huge jutsus.

It would be better if B rank jutsus can cancel out a B rank shield, while an A rank jutsu can totally break it. With elements included it could be different, but referring to regular jutsus, it should be like that. For example a Rasengan will break through it and still go for Ryoh.

No dice, Tez. The way I have those defensive jutsu are fine. Elements have a huge role in how jutsu beat out one another.

Eh, won't work. The B rank can stop ALL B rank jutsus? That might work for C rank, but not all B rank. And the same for the A rank jutsu. It can't stop all the A ranks and CANCEL out (meaning stop it while the shield breaks) S ranks.

I'm not changing it, Tez. If you keep trying to get me to rank these up how do you expect Ryoh to use these? He isn't an endless supply of chakra.
