Ok, Tez gave me the go ahead to be Raikage, but there's some stuff i need to know while making my character. Are there backstories for the previous Raikages or do i have a fresh slate to work with? And is he head of hidden cloud like the manga?

He would be the head of the village yes.
You can work with a fresh slate if you want, previous Kages don't mean much. >.>
