The Ichibi can be freed since Sheba doesn't want to RP Aki anymore.

Um for now can we put a hold on the Kyuubi and Shichibi? I want one for my Kage Assistant but I'm not sure which one yet. And which ever one I pick, Rio can replace it with the Ichibi so he won't be losing all of his biju.

We've had the 8 tails a basilisk since before it was released in the manga, and i didn't want it to change. So it's been like that for at least...2 years now, I think. One at least.

And we also decided that for any of the ones who haven't been fully shown, which is basicly the ichibi and kyuubi, you are allowed to change the animal to whatever. thus, the 6 tail is a gryphon. once again, been like this for a while.

<_< Having the Ichibi and being in Akatsuki would kinda defeat the purpose of being in Akatsuki. They'd kill you and take the biju. Their goal after all involves them. So yeah. Sorry to break that to you.

It'd be best if you just took the Ichibi and be a ninja in say, the Sand. <_< I need a frickin biju in my ranks just to make the Sand interesting enough to warrant an attack from Akatsuki or some other arc villains.

Hm...I'm not an admin here but I'm pretty sure we can't have a KG and something like a bijuu or cursed seal. Like no sharringan with the heaven seal aka Sasuke. I'm not posititve but I'm pretty sure that's the rule. Sorry :/

No, that's not exactly true. My Jinchuuriki has a kekkei genkai, though it only turns his skin completely black. All his techniques are clan jutsu.

So, I would say yes, you could have a kekkei genkai, but it would have to be low on the power side. Clan jutsu on the other hand you can use.
