Physical Description: Rio naturally has the white eyes of the Byakugan being a Hyuuga. His short, brown hair sits straight down. He wears a black coat over a black shirt. His sword Seishou rests behind him along a belt the hilt being behind his left arm at the area his sword and his belt cross he keeps his mask from when he was Head ANBU. The mask has the cuts and damage it recieved but it was reinforced with metal to keep it from breaking. Rio doesn't have any battle scars on his body or any sign of damage at all as he repaired them when he recieved them. Hanging from his belt is a piece of silver he keeps to remember his father who gave it to him before the demon attacked Leaf Village way back when he was young. He also has five mementos of his other deceased family members. His mother, his older brother, his younger sister, and his twin brother. In order these mementos are a ruby, an emerald stone, a ring with a sapphire stone, and a small topaz stone. These were the birthstones of each of them and Rio spent years searching for them during his missions. He put the sapphire in a ring because his sister is the one he misses the most. These mementos are hidden in his ANBU mask in spaces that he had put into the metal in to hold them no matter how much the mask shakes and to protect them.

Personality: Due to the trauma he has suffered from killing his own mother when he was a child, Rio has developed a sense of responsibility as a guardian of all who live in the village. He doesn't want anyone to suffer such loss as long as he can prevent it. He always works to organize his branch and does his best to show himself as a hardened ninja in front of others. To Rio everyone else around him is important and his life will always come after their lives. He wants to do everything he can for the branch, for the village, for everyone. He always seems to be ready to die for others but truthfully he has two goals he hopes to accomplish before he could let himself die without a second thought. He wants his family to be ready to live without him. And he wants to find a student who can learn his ninjutsu. Rio always shows off his serious side to everyone even his branch. Rio will often take on any S-Rank missions failed by the ANBU if the Head ANBU has not already been sent out or is doing another S-Rank mission requiring his abilities. When Rio needs time to think he will find a place where no one is and summon a wolf to his side. To watch for anyone that may approach.

Backround: Born in the once secret third branch of the hyuuga clan. Rio had to live confined from the Leaf village as did the rest of his branch. Eventually everyone had forgotten his branch ever existed then they came out of hiding. They were able to live peacefully in the Leaf Village once again. Rio was still a Genin. But one day a terrible demon attacked the Leaf village and his father had to seal it within Rio. This enraged Rio. Out of anger Rio immedietly unleashed his demon forms to kill his father. By the time he did he was on the verge of going into a demon form he had no control of and when his demon took over it went on a rampage killing his mother. The Hyuuga in his branch had to use their inherited chakra to suppress the demon chakra that was pouring out of Rio. After he realized what had happened Rio vowed to protect others from having to feel the pain he felt. Eventually he became stronger and got rid of the demon within him. Killing it. His style of jutsu that utulizes mere chakra became famous as he is the only one alive who can master this style. Not even his deceased brother could master it. With his strength he soon became the leader of his branch when his grandfather passed away. His strength even earned him the title of the Sannin of the Leaf Village. His daughter, Kannami has gone to the Mist Village to train in water style jutsu. The day she returns after completing her training is a day Rio will make sure he lives to see.

I've updated the stats. I've also added the Byakugan to his abilities to state the range of how far it can see. I chose 75m since neji could see 50m around himself back before Shippudden but tell me if you think this is too far and I'll change it, no problem.
