Isai prepared himself, strange this was the first real battle he had ever been in, everthing up to this point was just training, all this for one moment, who was better, leaf or sand?

OOC:no....

Isai readied himself, slowly forming stance

Isai:i hope your ready

Isai, not one to wait, quickly formed the handsigns for the most basic of all fire jutsu's

Isai:FIRE STYLE! fireball jutsu!

"A simple fire jutsu, eh" Lumiero says not really impressed. BUt he knew the young Kazekage had more, so, he played the Kage's game, sending a fireball jutsu at him after performing the right signs. This end up with the two cancelling eachother's jutsus out. "Basic jutsu, let's see what else you got Kazekage" he said with much aplomb before doing a few handsigns, making his stomach grow for only a second. He punches it making 3 large wind balls fly out from his mouth, tracking Isai so they could explode in a tremendous windy disaster if they hit.

Isai knew that he was just returning the simplicity, but this, how could he not dodge it? Isai smirked. "earth style" lumiero saw his face just dissapear, with a look of instant victory," head hunter jutsu!"

Just as he grabbed his leg, since that is what the jutsu does, Lumeiro flapped his heavenly wings and ascended to the air, with Isai connected. Kicking him off, he changes the direction of the air bombs and sends them at Isai once again.

Isai flips in the direction of the blasts, shooting multiple fire balls at them, effectivly creating a massive explosion for which they are blown back.Isai slowly gained his footing, then without any handsigns, "HIDAMA!" Isai launched three hidama spiraling towards Lumiero(which have the same control ability as those wind things)

Trying to save his chakra alittle he sends 3 exploding kunai at the fireballs, making them explode with the fireballs. "Now Great breakthough jutsu" sends a vortex of wind straight at Isai

Isai:it seems that your too easy...fire beats wind...Kean!(another purazuma jutsu, this works as a gaint flame thrower eating the wind and heading strait for lumiero

Lumiero watched the Kazekage chuck out another dark fire jutsu and surmised it was one of his puppets, It couldn't be Isai's own jutsu, he is not of parazuma, he thinks as he remembers Kuroi's own powers, then remembers Isai's intricate puppet use, I got watch out for all of these puppets, I bet Zetsumei taught him well, he said with a light smile before running towards the fire while doing handsigns. With a sudden surge of chakra Lumiero seemingly spilts into two clones, feather clones that explode when destroyed, each one running on each side of the Kaen fire technique, heading for Isai.

He knew the Kage understood some of the sword style jutsus, being a weapon master himself. So, he knew it wouldn't catch him off guard, or would it. The Lumiero was not a ignorant ninja, he is the Hokage of course and had to be skilled as a ninja to get that rank. So, he had a plan. The two clones, ran at Isai at unprecedented speeds, ready to punch a new one in the Kage. And since the jutsu calls for three different attacks, from three different areas, yes Lumiero was above the Kage, well a clone of Lumiero was above the Kage ready to strike.

Now, the Kazekage would think that he is perfectly safe, knowing the aimple overused Crescent of the Moon jutsu, but he is wrong, Lumiero had more planned for him in this one attack, that branched off into many. If any ninja was in Isai position they instinctly stop the attacks before they came to them, which is what Lumiero knew he was going to do, unless he wanted severe bruises. So Lumiero, made it even harder for the young Kage, all three of the feather clones put up one handsign and murmured, "Temporary Paralysis Jutsu" as they ran for the Kazekage, giving him an overdose of the attack and making him, like the jutsu said paralyzed so they could all connect with super strength punches.

Lumiero waited high in the air basically in the clouds, watching his three clones try to deliver the punch to the heavily impaired Kage, he smiled, "If the man got out of this, that would be tremendous," he laughed, "but then, he would face the explosions of the heavily paper bombed feather clones, and If he got out of that, there is no doubt, that this young Kage has what it took to truly lead the great Sand Village."

Isai smirked, well at least he wanted to but he couldnt move, if it wasnt for this last move, he would have been finished, he knew he couldnt take on these clones. A clone appeared from outside the area, out of a sand dune. Isai expected that lumiero knew that he would summon a clone from before, but he doubted that he saw this comming.

"summoning jutsu!" the clone shouted

The clones punched each other and exploded. Isai instantly dissapeared and was summoned to his clones location. That always left him a little dizzy, but now wasnt the time for that so he focused. That was to close, how could he have faltered like that. Oh well it didnt matter, time for the offensive, it was a little dry anyway. Isai quickly pulled a scroll from behind his back and opened it, unleashing a large body of water which filled the immediate area. This would give him some advantage, since he was adept at water jutsu. With a smile he dove in the water, and started to launch water dragon jutsu's from the water, all of them heading strait for lumiero

He watched the kazekage summon himself with a clone, "Ingenious," he said, liking how he escaped his jutsus. He then watched the Kazekage summon a ton of water onthe sandy battle field and some of it got absorbed into the sand, while the rest of it was for the Isai's use. He would soon watch water dragons exit from the water, "More than one," he questions, remembering that water dragon jutsu takes many many handsigns, and considerable chakra to summon one, "well," he sighs, "He's more skilled than I thought."

As each one came to him, he mustered up a great amount of chakra and sent out large air bombs, each one exploding and cancelling each dragon out. Next, he would follow the Kage above the water, while making a clone. The clone, which stored electric exploding tags in, swam into the water, close to Isai, and tried to hit him with a powerful sword slash. If Isai would destroy the clone, he would be heavily electrocuted, and if he deciding to dodge, Lumiero would surely parry the ninja as soon as he left the water.

Isai smirked, a clone? He seriously underestimated him. Isai shuffled through his robe(which is rather difficult under water) and found the scroll he was looking for and opened it. Instantly thousands of demonic hands rushed out of the sccroll and hit the clone, but to isai shock he noticed the tags, but it was to late, with massive speed he rushed for the ocean scroll, then shock.




The water dissapeared, for Isai was almost succesful in dodging the blast, but alas it hit him full force. He had lost, no....it wouldnt end like this not now. Isai removed two pills from his back pouch he kept hidden, and threw one at lumiero's feet. Lumiero seemed to hesitate going to it, as if it might be a trap.

"you won round one Lumiero," Isai ate the pill, and his chakra returned to him in full and his wounds healed," but i will not lose a second time.

OOC:ill let you decide if lumiero takes the pill it is a type kashaku designed before he died that completley heals the one who ate it, isai gave one to lumiero so he could beat him on even grounds because it would be unfair if he just took it, because then it wouldnt be a victory for him.

Lumiero caught the pill, and hesitated to eat it, but thought it over. Isai wouldn't poison the Hokage, there would be no reason, nonetheless poison himself. So he took the pill, feeling his power return. "Thank You Isai," he smiled warmly, then got somewhat serious, "I guess we are going to round 2." He finished, taking out his sword.

Wind would start to spiral around the ninja as he held his sword tightly. The Hokage would soon start teleporting around Isai, qiuckly and stragetically, making sure Isai could hardly track his movements. He would then, on his next move, slash, sending a wave of wind at him from one spot, before teleporting again and sending another wave, he did this four times, in less than 3 seconds, making all the attacks fly at him almost at once. He then finished the barrage by flying over the Kazekage and sending down another wave, attacking him from all directions.

"heh im not holding back anymore on this one, your luck we are on the desert" Isai suddenly dissapeared into the ground, no doubt with the aid of the scorpions. Isai took a minute too allow Lumiero to understand the situation, he could dodge at any moment with the scorpions, but no he couldnt do that....it would be unfair he would just have to match Lumiero in sword fighting. Isai and seven clones burst out of the sand around Lumieor and pulled out thier two wakizashi and used wind chakra to launches arcs of wind towards lumiero in rapid succetion

Lumiero watched his attacks be unsuccessful, "The sand, how could I forget. This is his natural place anyway, well he is the Kage over the Sand Village," he laughed at his self because he didn't think about that. But got serious once again, remembering he was in a battle with no pushover, who was evidently down in the sand, preparing for another attack. So, Lumiero, prepared for the attack, his light chakra and wind chakra spinning around him violently again.

Seconds later clones would burst out of the sand and rush Lumiero while sending out waves of chakra similiar to his own, but weaker of course since they were only clones. Lumiero took note of the attacks and started spinning, with his wind chakra and light chakra mixing, making a great heavenly spin of white chakra, elegantly blocking all the wind attacks. The clones and Isai would soon see the spin die down as their barrage stopped and would soon see Lumiero was not there. Three clones would now disappear as he shot two weak air jutsus in them. He then sent 3 waves of light at the other clones leaving Isai and his clone.

Lumiero, left the clone to make the match more interesting as one of his own feather clones appeared, filled with paper bombs. He soon sent it at Isai, making it send a wave of light at him as he rushed him. Lumiero then rushed Isai's clone, while sending a medium size tracking air bomb at him.

Wow. I need to get on more often.... anyway, it's a bit too late, but fire is insubstantial. I mean, the whole sight is based on breaking the laws of physics, (and buh-buh-buh-buh-buh- I'm lovin' it) but why would the fire be haulted by other fire? Wouldn't the two just pass through each other and burn both of your faces off?

Would two winds pass through each other?

OOC: LOL, yes you need to get on more. And the only reason I blocked his fire with fire is because Sasuke and Itachi did it in their final battle, so I decided to do it.

Isai finally decided this shield was necessary, bet lumiero would be a little confused though. Although it didnt matter. Isai pulled out a scroll and opened it and a shield of light chakra appeared out of it and hit the clone full force as it exploded, he wasnt taking any chances with those clones this time. Isai then proceeded to pull out two scrolls(gaint tenten scrolls) from the ground and threw them in a sideways arc(effectivly making a circle around him and lumiero) and while they were still in the air, he chunked another one in a upward arc over lumiero's head.

"this will probaly sting a bit" Isai almost laughed, this much fire would dwarf even the most skilled uchihas talents,"release!"

Suddenly torrents of black fire(no doubt stored by kuroi some time ago) shot at Lumiero from all around with alarming speed. If he is still able to fight after this, Isai thought, then he is definatly qualified for kage.

OOC: The flame that cannot be put out for 7 days and 7 nights used by the kazekage.

Lumiero watched the Kage send out an assortment of scrolls and expected an attack, his wind and light chakra mixing and readying for it. But, to his suprise, black flame exerted from it, and Lumiero acted hasitdly, spinning with incredible speeds and repelling the fire with mostly the light shield. The flmae seemed like it went on forever, and it made Lumiero tire as he spun wildly. Just as the spin stopped the flame let out it's last burst, hitting Lumiero's Hokage's clothes.

Lumiero had used substitution, the flames burning his clothes instantly, he was left in ninja underarmor. "Hmmm... Isai, such a powerful technique, used on an ally?" he asked, "That wouldv'e burned right through if I didn't have my light chakra." He sighed, "but the attack was a good one, flanking from all my sides with a constant flame made me tire, just alittle," he says somewhat fibbing, the attack made him more tired, but Lumiero tried not to show it. "Now," he says "time for round 3, you won round 2 and I won round 1, who ever wins this round, will be the true victor." He finishes with much aplomb as his hands start forming intricate signs as he prepares for a jutsu.

Isai looked at Lumiero. "you win...."

Lumiero seemed a little suprised, and stopped halfway into his handsigns.

"you survived my strongest attack, i have nothing left, you truly are a greater kage" Isai was lying a bit, but the only move besides that one would be instint death for the both of them....he didnt expect lumiero to be standing after that, if it had hit him he would have instantly absorbed the flames, to prevent long term burns or death, but no...he was still standing....and although he tried to hide it, isai could see that he was just as exauhsted as he was, if not more.

"Mark my words i will become stronger, and you wont even stand a chance" Isai summoned a scorpion, and dove into the ground dissapearing into the royal gounds.....

Lumiero heard the man's words and was confused, "I win" he says, stopping his handsigns. He would soon hear Isai's explanation and he heard that he was a better Kage and quickly responded, "A kage can not be judged as being better than one another because of their combat skills, but by their actions. Their good actions that helps and protects the people of their village, that is what defines a a great Kage. And these are the traits both of us possess, thank you for the fight Isai." He watched the Kazekage burrow deep underground and smiled, flapping his wings and ascending to the sky for the Leaf Village.
