His main talent lies in Lightning ninjutsu, considering he only knew so few jutsu in total compared to other ninjas. He has all the important Jutsus to match his own preferred style, despite having water affinity. He has a long way of mastering the water jutsu and to able to combine it with his lightning jutsu.
His Taijutsu is fairly average, but with his Kusari-Gama he is considered to be a very difficult opponent to face due to certain techniques that make his weapon far more effective and dangerous.

Personality: Tetsu have grown up in a harsh background, where survival is utmost importance. Because of this, he has grown cold and merciless to his opponents not sparing even a genin who one day may pose a threat to him and his village. But to those he hold dear see a different ray of light, he shows compassion and friendship to those who are close to him. But his battle tactics may seem sadistic to those with a weak heart.
Likes: Easy wins, training his Genins, getting acknowledged of his ability and his bloodline by both allies and foe and occasionally bloodlust depending on his mood.
Hates: Opponents that can easily destroy his fighting style, talked down to, unreliable allies or people who fail around him/incompetence, enemies who run away in mid battle.
Background: Honda Tetsu was a child from the highly esteemed family Honda, they were one of the original founders of Cloud Village. Their family possess a unique bloodline where it was even more unique for people to get the full power of the bloodline, this was called Condemned Eye. He manage harness the simple version of the bloodline at the age of five, which is considered extraordinary and usually when children recieve it at this age generally were able to master the full ability of Condemned Eye. The bloodline is still to be fully mastered as some ability has been lost in time because no one was able to remember what it did.
Honda Tetsu is considered a prodigy of this Honda family generation and was privatly tutored from his grand father who used to be the head of the family. With his brutal training to master the basic skills of Ninjas, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu but their main function was to train and develop his Condemned Eye. Shortly after his grand father death, he was sent to his uncle who was a weapon master. This was the time when he begin to master Kusari-Gama with the use of Taijutsu, but seeing that his bloodline could be also benefit Ninjutsu. He thought it was best to broaden his ability to match different opponent skills, so he moved to the Cloud Village academy where he begin to start missions. He was the age of 9, quite late compared to the usual Genins but because of his special tutoring and bloodline. He far surpassed all the Genin of his age and was competent to partake in the Chunin Exam but he first want to master some Ninjutsu.

Effect: It has poison embedded at the blade which affects the opponent through paralysis. The poison only paralyse the limb where the blade strikes. It is easily affected with lightning.
Description: This is the standard ninja weapon with the main colour of it is dark purple to symbolise thunder in hidden cloud culture. The actually material of the weapon is unknown since the weapon existed far longer than anyone to remember, perhaps it was created in the 2nd great ninja war. The poison is actually grinded poison herbs into fine grain, which is then heated into the blade so it is embedded into it
