Backround: In the founding of the Village Hidden in the Clouds, the Mouchou Clan was there to witness it and was a part of its rule-making. Because of this the Mouchou Clan has been held in high regards as the most powerful and influential clan in the village. All of its members have been taught from the time they talked to be respectful of other people and to obey their superiors. Phoenix, the Head of the Clan, is a very pleasant individual to be around and is close friends with every one of the high-ranking officials in the village.
Skills: The Mouchou Clan has the kekkei genkai of flight. When used, the clan member spawns feathered wings from his/her back. They can be used for flight or whatever else the clan member finds them useful for. When the wings get wet, the height a clan member can fly up to is lowered to a maximum of 50 feet. If the wings get hit by lightning, the clan member is forced to retract them and stop flight. If in midair the member will have to find some way to land without wings.
Jutsus:
Haneya (feather arrows) - the clan member, while using the kekkei genkai, forms a feather made of chakra in his/her hands. It is then thrown at the target.
Haneame (feather rain) - the clan member, while using the kekkei genkai, shoots feathers from their wings at the target. The feathers reform after 2 posts, during which time the clan member becomes incapable of flight.
